Is a company that provides services for young adults, families, youth organisations, schools and grassroots organisations in Oldham, Greater Manchester & North West region. Community intervention, workshops, public speaking and motivational talks.

AIMS: Community intervention programmes that provide trauma-informed support, helping young people, parents and individuals engage with strength-based approaches that build awareness, resilience, sustainable change, engaging and empowering people helping them find the tools and skills when faced with challenging situations building confidence and positive decision making. Wessley worked as a VRU Facilitator with the Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit and a GMCA resource in Oldham assisting & supporting youth & sports grassroots organisations & also gained experience as a Programme Lead & mentor in youth intervention programmes for young adults & families in Greater Manchester. Wessley Grew up in Oldham Greater Manchester and witnessed severe domestic violence in his childhood years, he also served over 10yrs in prison and is a former life sentenced prisoner. He now shares his experiences with many grassroots organisations discussing the impact of childhood trauma, domestic violence, being expelled from numerous schools, the impact of crime and violence, how ACE's shape our thinking, behaviour and choices and how he learned to develop healthy coping mechanisms to create awareness and deter others from repeating the same mistakes while providing links and pathways in connecting people through his delivery of mentorship programmes, workshops and public speaking.

Mentorship programmes are 12 week packages. Workshops, Public Speaking, Guest Speaking is 1-2hrs, half a day or full day or packaged over a number of days.
All packages as well as mentorship programmes are flexible and can be tailored to suit your individual needs, we can include all the topics above or just those relevant to your company or service.
